| I went to take pictures of Adam and his class mates today. Each picture I took is going into a good bye photo book for his teacher Mrs. West. We are sad that Mrs. West is leaving the school but totally understand! Today was the first day the children got to practice using scissors in the class. Look at Adams tongue, he is so determined! Can you guess who else used to make the same facial expression when younger? |

| Adam is so proud of himself, can't you tell. He actually is doing really well but then again he cuts with scissors at home all the time! |

| The students and parents of NC are having a surprise birthday party for Mrs. Smith tomorrow. Since I am the room mom I went ahead and hand made her a birthday card. Each child made a personal touch to the card by signing their names. |

| I am very impressed at how well Sarah writes her name. I really like that she uses all lower case letter. Sarah has begun showing an interest in writing her last name as well. |
